CO-OP OPPORTUNITY: Human Resources / Administrative Assistant (4 or 8 month term)

POSITION SUMMARY
The Administration Student focus areas are Human resources support and Administrative Department assistance.
RESPONSIBILITIES / DUTIES
The position will report directly to the HR Coordinator:
- Provide HR support for HR Coordinator - FMG
- Assist with contract administration for replaceable and non-replaceable harvesting contracts across FMG
- Assist with FMG recruitment processes
- Ordering lunches/meals for various departments
- Arranging Flights and hotels for visiting employees
- Assist the administration and building support services team
- Participate in FMG initiatives & other team projects
QUALIFICATIONS
- Post secondary education or equivalent is preferred
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, organizational and time management skills
- Ability to balance multiple priorities
- Self-starter and a strong team player
