CO-OP OPPORTUNITY: Human Resources / Administrative Assistant (4 or 8 month term)

POSITION SUMMARY

The Administration Student focus areas are Human resources support and Administrative Department assistance.

RESPONSIBILITIES / DUTIES

The position will report directly to the HR Coordinator:  

  • Provide HR support for HR Coordinator - FMG
  • Assist with contract administration for replaceable and non-replaceable harvesting contracts across FMG
  • Assist with FMG recruitment processes
  • Ordering lunches/meals for various departments
  • Arranging Flights and hotels for visiting employees
  • Assist the administration and building support services team
  • Participate in FMG initiatives & other team projects

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Post secondary education or equivalent is preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to balance multiple priorities
  • Self-starter and a strong team player
