Position Title: Planerman
Location: Quesnel, British Columbia
Closing Date: Open until filled

General:

Responsible for the maintenance, repair, installation and modification of all planermill-related equipment.  You will possess good troubleshooting skills; you will apply your skills to maximize uptime, quality and production.  You are a team player who is committed to safety.  You have experience in an industrial work setting and have excellent organizational and communication skills.  Shift work will be required.

Qualifications:

The successful candidate will bring the following experience and expertise:

• Millwright and/or planer technician certification
• Knowledge of the lumber manufacturing process
• The ability to work in a safe and efficient manner
• Good Interpersonal skills
