Eligibility

• Have completed or be completing their grade twelve at a public or private school located within the geographic boundaries of Northern Health
• Be registered in a health sciences degree or diploma program
• Be intending to work within the geographic boundaries of Northern Health upon graduation

Application Requirements

• A copy of his/her secondary school transcripts
• A current copy of a registration form showing enrollment in one of the education programs shown above
• A written statement (two pages maximum) demonstrating the applicant's history of commitment to Northern communities through past or current community leadership or volunteer activities
