Salaries
Canfor's salaried compensation objective is to provide competitive total earnings to attract and retain the best and brightest people. We regularly compare our program against our industry both in the areas we operate and nationwide, to ensure we maintain a competitive position. Direct compensation consists of:
- Base salary
- Incentive pay based on company profitability as well as operational and team performance
- Merit pay based on individual performance
