Canfor Pulp Income Fund (the "Fund") (TSX:CFX.UN) announced today that it
received unitholder and court approvals for the previously announced plan of arrangement pursuant to
which the Fund will convert (the "Arrangement") into a dividend paying public corporation to be named "Canfor Pulp Products Inc.". Unitholders voted in excess of 99% in favour of the Arrangement.
