Licella Fibre Fuels Pty Ltd. (“Licella”) and Canfor Pulp Products Inc. (“CPPI”) (TSX: CFX), through its subsidiary Canfor Pulp Ltd., (“Canfor Pulp”) have signed an agreement to form a joint-venture under the name “Licella Pulp Joint Venture”.
