Born and raised in North Vancouver, Mr. Kayne completed the Forestry and Business Administration program at the British Columbia Institute of Technology. Mr. Kayne began his career with Canfor in 1979, and has held a variety of sales and marketing roles in our Wood Products Group.

Prior to his joining the Company he was General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of Viceroy Resource Corporation. Born and raised in British Columbia, Mr. Calabrigo received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Simon Fraser University and then his Law degree from the University of Alberta.

Born and raised in British Columbia, Mr. Cook received his Bachelor of Science in Business from Michigan Technological University in 1988. He is Chartered Accountant registered with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of British Columbia.
Alistair began his career with Canfor in 1993 and has held a variety of Financial and Manufacturing roles throughout the entire organization.

Born and raised in British Columbia, Mr. Feldinger received his Bachelor of Science in Forestry from the University of British Columbia in 1983. He is a Registered Professional Forester with the Association of B.C. Forest Professionals.
Mark began his career with Canfor in 1984 and has held a variety of Woodlands and Manufacturing roles throughout Canfor’s Wood Products Group.

Born and raised in Ontario, Canada, Mr. Guthrie began his career with Canfor in 1984 and developed an extensive knowledge of North American and offshore forest products markets during more than 23 years with the company.

Born and raised in Northern Ireland, Alan received his Bachelor of Science degree in Economics and Accounting from Bristol University, England in 1985. He is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of British Columbia.

Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Elliott worked for 6 years at KPMG Chartered Accountants, in audit and taxation.
Mr. Elliott was born in British Columbia and raised in Manitoba. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of British Columbia in 1995. He is Chartered Accountant registered with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of British Columbia.

Born in South Africa, Gus received his Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Pretoria in 1973 and studied Labour Relations at the University of South Africa. After coming to Canada in 1988, he completed the Advanced Trustee Management Standards (ATMS) program in 2002 and attended the Advanced Human Resources Executive Program at the University of Michigan in 2006. He is a Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) with the Canadian Council of Human Resources Associations and a member of the BC Human Resources Management Association.

Prior to joining the forest products industry, Doug held a variety of senior financial positions with both manufacturing and technology companies in the U.S. from 1993-2000 and was a Certified Public Accountant with Price Waterhouse from 1981-1993.
Born in New Jersey and raised in Maryland, Doug received his B.S. in Accounting from Wake Forest University in Winston-Salem, North Carolina in 1981.
