Canfor’s Annual Tradition Continues

Canfor’s annual summer tradition to host events in each of operating communities kicks off later this month in Mackenzie on May 20.

In each of the Canadian communities where we operate, Canfor hosts either a pancake breakfast or a lunchtime BBQ that is open to Canfor employees, their families and members of the communities. We are happy and proud to put on these events since our communities are important to Canfor and these events are one way for us to thank everyone for their support over the past year.

Canfor’s summer events are all free and family-friendly. On top of treating you to fresh pancakes or a delicious BBQ, we also offer giveaways, prizes and activities at each event. Come rain or shine and be sure to bring your family and friends!

Details on dates and times for each location can be found on our Facebook events page.  Work is already underway for the following communities:

  • Chetwynd
  • Cranbrook
  • Fort St. John
  • Grande Prairie
  • Houston
  • Mackenzie
  • Prince George
  • Radium Hot Springs
  • Taylor
  • Vanderhoof
  • Vavenby

We also look forward to planning employee events in our southern US operations.
