As we celebrate Canfor’s 75th year in business, we reflect on the legacy of the two visionary entrepreneurs who founded this great company. The drive and determination of John Prentice and L.L.G. (Poldi) Bentley built what is now one of the world’s largest and most respected forest products manufacturers. Canfor continues to grow and prosper on the foundation laid by these two remarkable men, and we move forward with appreciation of our rich history and our roots as a family company.
